So my problem is that I bought it at Best Buy then bought DJI care refresh at home online, and its not giving me an activation code and I don’t know what to do. Please someone help.
@@SuhaibhashmiiIf you gave your drones serial number on the dji website and purchased refresh separately, you should have received a dji care refresh agreement through your email. Once that is sent your refresh is already active.
It would depend on the job. The T30 has a larger tank and covers more area in a single flight but it is also more expensive. The T10 can carry less and costs less. Depending on your location the T30 would require a license to fly, whereas the T10 doesn't require a license to fly over your own land. (This is for Australia)

Model Aircraft being operated at an CASA approved area within an approved association (eg. MAAA/AMAS Club Field) . This is a very important point to be made, one which encourages people to join an association, operate in a safe area and generally have free training in this club package. This should be encouraged and made a highlight, it all helps gets Model aircraft 'off the street' and into a venue with insurance and safety controls.
What is getting everyone confused is that some people are buying a package on Amazon that also contains the DJI Care Refresh option when they first buy their drone. When the drone arrives, it clearly states on the box that the DJI Care Refresh is included with the purchase, however, there is NO information inside the box (anywhere) that gives an “activation code” for DJI Care Refresh. This just happened to me, and when I looked on the Amazon site where I bought my Magic Air 2 drone it states that when you register the drone it will prompt you to then to activate your DJI Care Refresh. I hope this is the case because I will be doing this tonight. Now I just need to figure out if I need to “link” the drone to the remote controller first before I do anything else...?
@@alvarorenanmolinabarcena7047 When you first activate the drone you will also activate the DJI Care Refresh insurance - it is very quick and easy to do.
Displayed on what invoice? I just purchased my Mavic mini from Best Buy, came home and purchased care refresh. I’m not finding any activation code on either email invoices or DJI account details.

I got a question . I crashed my mavic Pro into a water fountain around a statue do I clean it out with rubbing alcohol and right now all I can find is 91% rubbing alcohol is it okay to use that and how would you go about cleaning it to ensure did there isn't any damage from the water??

That price is just out of reach to poor people, to me... Maybe my parents would kill me if they know I bought an 11 grand drone. Car or drone? Of course drone unless if cars fly.
I just got my drone today, and I think that it's already activated. I'm reading the DJI care refresh service agreement email and it says "The DJI Care Refresh service which you recently purchased has now come into effect." So they must have changed that is my guess. I would check that email and see if it says the same thing. I think it automatically activates if you buy it with the drone.
LeagueHQ001 is correct. you should receive an email from DJI after purchasing Care Refresh. Go to your email and search for DJI CARE and it should pull up the email that shows you all the info. No activation needed as far as I can see.

When mounting the RTK, was any customization done in order to allow the boards to plug into the aircraft? The cords (CAN, power...) I received do not reach the from the aircraft to the RTK.
