God stripped me of everything I thought I was and would become and made me into the Woman who he needs me to be. Through the mainly seasons I am learning to allow God to use me as a vessel for his good. I am a woman of service to his Kingdom. I am here showing up as I am in all of my authenticity to create a community for women who need a safe space to release, grow and talk.

Get in touch with your emotions… tap into what makes you go out of characters. We are naturally emotional beings & natural born healers. Don’t forget about your emotions or your own healing. Don’t look elsewhere for closure, it’s in ourselves 3. Set goals! (Weekly, or monthly / yearly) 4. Create & protect your aura and space! Don’t allow just anyone access to your mind & energy! 5. Find your own thing. Try new things and find what you like. This helps enjoy your own company, boosts your mood. You won’t focus on what someone else is doing for themselves that’s working for them and not you. 6. Self care. Treat yourself. Take care of yourself. When you look good, you feel good.
