My observation of this video is It's important to practice and train regularly to develop proper technique and improve physical fitness. Based on my observation, both of them are doing the techniques well. But there are times that they are so harsh of their actions.

My observation about kata shoto style there’s a lot of technique to perform well and the performer, have good discipline.

I learned about kata how the form ang how to use the movement.

Based on my observation they are both calm and focused but if you are watching them closely you can see that they are nervous.
