To do 30 packs like we did, it would take $40 each. I initially grinded 1500 gold on each account to try and save some money, but gray went ahead and bought standard packs instead somehow. So I ended up spending $60. For Rarran with 40 packs each he would’ve spent $100 total.
Very quick note: I think adding low music would do alot for especially the beginning of the video. Editing in of music is also pretty quick comparatively but it adds alot for viewer retention especially if you're not going to be doing snappy editing.
Oh also id recommend cutting far more of the packs at the beginning. Not every pack needs to be seen and every comment go in the video. Especially if one of you already spoke about a card (shielded minibot)
I'd really like it if you would both go over the decks you brought that week(Like Rarran and Ecore do, pretty much). It's always interesting to hear the thought process behind the deckbuilding and why youve gone for a deck and not a different one. FOr example, I wouldve definitely gone for an aggro mech mage as Gray, seeing as he got good neutral mechs, chuggas, flame leviathan and even a Soot Spewer(which is actually kinda strong since it was buffed). Would love to know why he didnt go for that.
The only reason we haven’t been doing that is because gray didn’t want to, but I’m sure he would be willing if the people want it. Will do next time <3
@@boblassiter492 lol, cannot fault you for that. Soot spewer is the kind of card you see and immediately forget about.. I just caught cause it seemed to have an awful lot of text lol

Cool to see someone else trying this. I recommend to give credit to rarran at the beginning for inspiration and how you just wanted to do your own version.
I love watching Rarrans expansion series and I actually wished for some others to do the same thing - after all, every expansion series will look quite different. Its kind of an evergreen concept, like arena runs. Thanks for doing this <3
@@EightOfMarios Oh yeah, it definitely costs a lot to do that, didnt even think about that. But its still pretty cool. And I mean.. if you get 4 legendaries, one even golden, in 30 packs, I think you can justify the expense x)
Well originally I thought I would be able to just farm gold for all of it. I then found out you are forced to chose a loaner deck. I did get 1500 gold farmed on both accounts, and then gray spent his 1500 on standard packs, I had cut down our classic packs from 40 to 30 but he definitely hurt my wallet with that.
@@EightOfMarios I guess so, is there really no way to bypass loaner decks? With the decks in the apprentice track I'm pretty sure you could just grab the gold and dip by skipping apprentice, not sure about loaner though, I'll have to check once my other accounts reach that poinf

like the concept, maybe a small idea, put an icon to whoever perspective we are seeing, it is kinda hard to figure out whos perspective it is, rarran had this done by the face cams, hope you get what i mean
This would definitely help any newer viewers. And if rarran viewers have an algorithm anything like mine... you'll probably be showing up on some fresh feeds with this series. 🎉
