Ok, gonna try that cornbread pot pie. But I think I will do it in the smaller pie bowls that are also foil, can make 8 to 10 like that and will be able to ziplock freezer some in my deep freeze for later meals. That chili cheese Mac with veggies also looked epic. Not a fan of the canned raviolis, I prefer fresh spinach ravioli personally, but the same concept as far as cooking them.
I’ve been a vegetarian (by choice and against my parents extreme demands) since I was 7 and only just became a vegan at 30. I so love and appreciate recipe videos like this one, because I feel like our society has never considered people like me and this is the first time I’m actually able to make food for myself that doesn’t have dead animal juices on it and is actually to my liking :)

Y’all!!! This is the very first time that I have made cauliflower in my home and when I tell you I ate all of this! I had no idea what to expect because I have dont eat cauliflower. Confession: I but cauliflower and it goes bad waiting for me to do something with it! Well not any more. If you want the recipe I gave a pretty accurate description of what I did: Salt Black Pepper Coriander Garlic Powder Olive Oil Smoked Paprika-I initially forgot this but added after I put them in the pot Grill Enjoy!

Thanks so much! Multi-tasking is a huge area of growth for me in the kitchen. I will seriously watch a pot of rice cook lol before I start something else. I am getting better though.
Some stuff is cheaper elsewhere. You have to know your prices. Most DT food I won't eat. Check and see if the frozen vegetables are USA. Some are from China. I know these days it is tough. TFS
@Toni We don’t eat meat and my easiest and fastest go to inexpensive meal is a large box of Zatarains Jambalaya or Rice and Beans mix (I add 1/4 cup white rice and 1/2 cup water in there too and some spices like onion and garlic powder and red pepper) and add a can of rinsed kidney beans after it’s cooked plus I add whatever vegetables I have on hand and it’s basically less than $5 and feeds four.
