Best of luck, Tracy! Please consider adding a cafe and bike repair station. This building is on a terrific bike trail. But currently it is a somewhat scary place to ride a bike alone. Including a "refreshment oasis" for bicyclists would help subsidize your brilliant business idea and make St. Paul trails better places to ride.
This is the idea that will make Saint Paul great. As both an artist and an entrepreneur, the Urban Oasis is the one I am voting for. I wish I had thought of it myself!
I would make sure all the children's parks had swimming pools in Saint Paul. I had to drive my grandchildren to Minneapolis last summer to swim.I think every park in Minneapolis has a pool. Saint Paul Children Park's are empty looking without wading pools or swimming pools to refresh the body and minds of the young and old alike.
