The price for a Townhome is High, but the Home more like a single family with Great features like an elevator, gas Appliances, and nice wood floors, in a 2500 sq foot footprint.
Beautiful place! The staging is a little off though- the guest bedroom should be on the bottom level and the children's room on the same level as the parents. 🙂 Otherwise, I enjoyed the tour!

This home is priced as such due to its location, despite it being part of a much larger development seen being built behind it. This is one of the best addresses in the city just north of downtown.
I agree with others. When you talk about features in home we can’t see it or you don’t show it because the camera is on the agent. We want to see the house not the agent.
Love a good reno. So often we see something torn down and replaced with something extravagant jammed into the lot and it sticks out in the neighborhood. Can't believe this is only 2,000 sqft 4br. The secondary bedrooms are a great size! It's beautiful!
For a 9 million dollar home honestly the backyard sucks.. parents of young children’s worst nightmare worrying about the water while children are young. Plus im pretty sure you can’t even swim in that lake. No fenced in yard for dogs to run… honestly the pool isn’t even great for 9 mill.. they could have an outdoor kitchen and entertainment center way better then the few chairs they have out… and on top of 9 million you are pretty much obligated to buy a boat to use the boat house and docking area.. which is even more $ plus this has to be so much money in mantaince up keep.
Small suggestion. Turn the music off or really low like you eventually did if you’re going to speak during the video and turn your voice up so I can hear you better. Watching on my tv and have the volume up but it doesn’t matter because the music over powers your voice.
This is a fantastic multi-generational home with the two masters. I love that it's large, but doesn't feel grand. It's cozy for 4,000+ sqft. Beautiful floors and the selected finishes are very pretty. If only. Thanks for another great tour!
5 Minutes away from my house. They're building new communities everywhere here. The background music was a bit too dominant and I would skip that blurry feature. Other than that... I like to see "my area" on YT.
