I have several of my properties and my friend property on airbnb as a airbnb arbitrage. She used to have airbnb arbitrage company managed her property. It was good up till 2022. Now most of them are struggling and I can confirm it’s true as I’m hosting few properties for past few years.. it’s getting harder
A) city/county/states should not profit from selling land/houses and pocketing the profits. Costs of moving, getting an apartment/house and all that (deposits, downs, required 1st/last months pre-payments), and utility connect costs should NOT be taken away from any person. B) Code violations: age and physical ability should always be figured in on code violations. If a city wants a certain look, fine. However, portions of house land is a persons and if it's a yard, then a discounted cost or connections of volunteers should be given if a person isn't able to keep up to the 'look'. The strip of land outside of the homeowners land's fence is the city's responsibility. So...I'm all for the law, and I'm also in favor of reforms on ways a home or whatever is taken from a person
I don’t think people would want to lose their home for an unknown amount of time and have to rearrange their entire lives just for a sale! In my opinion that seems like a lot of work.
It's hyperbolic in CA, they send Code enforcement on seniors struggling to pay taxes to find code violations of current codes then changes large daily charges to steal the property and s Los these properties kicking seniors out of their properties sell that then builders at reduced prices to get several houses built on that property that had 1 house but was 2.5 achers and the builder puts 5 house on the same property build 750k dollar homes the tax revenue increase is so huge that had some much smaller tax base prior to the ne tax revenue this happened where I live ved is a fact
2:06 this is just false. Leasing assistants are part time, minimum wage workers. They don’t get benefits like this. More importantly, no company offers more than 20% discount on housing. You are presenting this as if it’s going to be free.
Did you consider removing that wooden decorative piece of wood above the sink area? I have something like this and wanted to remove it, looking for other options.
@@AboutAysha Awesome, I am here for the ride! I want to implement this strategy next year. Did you still have the other place you lived in your portfolio?
