Si nu numai Agigea, 2 depozite in Agigea si 2 in Constanta Nord, depozitare marfa la temp controlata, operare nave, un birou in Otopeni, transporturi feroviare etc
Nice picture, but how about if the sea vessel will be highjacked by pirates and when they open the doors and rip the liner - spuf.. they will be trapped in moving grains, Indiana Jones style🙃
Gents, officially the container is NOT DESIGNED to load the cargo this way. The front end wall is tested on 0.4P which is equivalent to a maximum of 11.292 kgs. Most likely when all bulk product is loaded it will be near 28.000 kgs. This is a good example how normal containers are being mis-used.
Tnk you for noticing this, depending on the SF of the cargo we can load at max payload of the 20' containers. The back of the container is reinforced by the machinery while loading, with special "wall", while front doors (as you may see in the video) are also reinforced with special bars and at client's request we can also add MDF/OSB additionally.
for safety reasons, at surveyor's/carrier's instructions, due to the length/weight of cargo, there must be one piece of lining to cover the base of container and prevent bending distributing the weight evenly on container, therefore the lining was made with 2 pieces of "I" metal bars of 6 meters, welded transversal with 2 more metal pieces, lashed accordingly.
Hello is this loading in a normal container? And does all the shipping companies accept bein loading directly in bulk like that instead of being in 50 kg bags?
Most of carriers are accepting liner bags for loading bulk cargo. As you can see in the video the liner bag is prepared prior loading, protects the cargo, which was BIO btw, no impurities by this method. 25 mts of cargo into 20' container.
