In some other presentations on SABBATH and SUNDAY, one commentator charged at me and said, "Saturday Sabbath is wrong" and "SDA are in Apostasy". Then further said, "BE READY TO FACE THE LORD AND GIVE ACCOUNT". All I answered him/her was, "I AM READY TO FACE HIM; I'LL TALK TO HIM FACE TO FACE; BUT YOU WILL HIDE YOURSELF FROM HIM". This happened around 1.5 or 2 months before Anti-Sabbatarians believe that they are right; they will never accept Sabbath.

Author Dirk Anderson points the many problems with the notion of a Sunday law in his book entitled *_National Sunday Law: Fact or Fiction?_* (available for free online). He asks: A Universal Sunday Law? Is it Feasible? "What about the rest of the world? Christians account for less than one third of the global population. Who is going to enforce Sunday worship on the two billion Friday-worshipping Moslems? What about the three billion Hindus, Buddhists, and other eastern religions? Who is going to make them start observing Sunday? What about the billion secularists, agnostics, and atheists? Who is going to make them worship anything at all? *Is one to believe that the United States is strong enough to not only force its own people to worship on Sunday, but also force the entire world to do likewise? The entire world witnessed the great difficulty the United States had in trying to control the tiny nation of Afghanistan from 2001 to 2021. After futilely attempting to maintain control over that nation, the United States left in defeat. If the United States cannot even maintain order in this one small nation, then how is it going to control the entire world?"* "Communist China is now a full-fledged super-power with its rapidly expanding nuclear missile capability, including unstoppable hypersonic missiles. Atheistic China is rapidly expanding its navy and now boasts the largest military machine on the planet, replete with state-of-the-art jets loaded with high-tech weaponry. This nation now has the muscle to seriously challenge the United States. There is no possibility China is going to allow the United States to decide what day its people worship on. I hear you, and often wondered how this question would be answered before too? What I can at least say is that we need to watch and pray religiously for increased discernment, and for God to reveal more "Signs of the Times." After we saw how the major world wars like WW2 were started and later decided, and how the Covid situation was managed by the major superpowers worldwide in collaboration with other outside groups like WEF, UN, WHO, the dueling personalities of this "lamb-like beast" is becoming much clearer. I do not believe the US will be the only entity trying to implement this policy. Keep an eye on the Vatican and Jesuits as well worldwide. The Sunday "Blue Laws" are already on the books, and our big "Uni-party" masquerading as 2, tells me that there are major forces at work within and outside this country. Time will be the revealer for sure...in God's time.

@@IandIKeepingitReal Blue laws have been on the books since the colonial time. The trend over the last 50 years is that they are finally and slowly going away. I am aware of the statements made in Laudato Si and Laudate Deum (the Pope's encyclical from 2015 and 2023 respectively). I've read all 920 pages of the project 2025 _Mandate for leadership_ document and find this whole thing to be just the latest in a long line of Sunday law conspiracy theories. Please recall that since the latter half of the 1800s, the Seventh-day Adventists have seen the arrival of this universal Sunday law in every crisis. Each time, they suppose that this "crisis" will be the one that finally brings in Sunday legislation. For well over a century, any world crisis-whether it be the COVID pandemic, or climate change, or the world trade center bombing-is seen as the trigger mechanism that convinces lawmakers to abandon all reason and bow down to the papacy and institute a National Sunday Law. However, each time, the crisis fades and the National Sunday Law conspiracy never materializes. Then, Adventists start looking for the next crisis. I have personally witnessed this pattern for decades. These Sunday law watchers live in a constant state of paranoia. As you might recall, last year it was all about the climate change crowd at COP 27 going up to Mt. Sinai (the meeting was in Egypt) at which point they were going to come down the Mountain with the 11th Commandment -- the dreaded Sunday law. *I kid you not!* (You can still find SDA videos where they made this very claim). Then of course the Pope was a no-show at COP 28, so the Adventist fearmongering crowd is now turning to Project 2025 as the pending boogie-man who will usher in the long awaited Sunday law. Mark my word, whether it is 2025 or 2030, as some Adventists are currently postulating, each year will come an go and there will still be no Sunday law, *nor will there ever be* . I can this with full confidence because, as I said before, the Word of God is completely silent about *"the first day of the week"* ever being forced upon anyone at anytime, let alone as an "end time test" for all humanity. If you don't have the Bible clearly saying something of this sort, then you don't have a Biblical case for the Sunday law.

Hi, Jacquelyn. So sorry for this late response. That is so wonderful to hear, despite my fast-talking self. To God be all the glory, praise, and honor. I just believe that God's word under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, needs to be kept practical and as direct as possible without any fluff or spin. The Bible is self-explanatory, very purposeful, and literally speaks for itself. I just read it as if speaking with trusted friends in God's presence. I enjoy reading it a lot. Thank you for having such a strong faith too.

God did not say that we should extricate ourselves from other Christian’s and observe the Sabbath! Don’t call ourselves 7th day Adventists! No where in the Bible is that noted. That’s something (7th day Adventists), made up by people. Read the Bible and just do what God say!! That’s it!!
I believe I understand what you are saying. And I also will say that there is significance in a name. This name 7th-Day Adventist is specifically chosen for such a time as this. in the beginning, there was no name or one being considered. they had no churches to meet in and none would allow them to use theirs. they met in homes, barns, outside in fields and amidst the trees, wherever they could find a space. in cases where their were larger groups they bought or rented tents until the tents started to be stolen. in order to legally own property in state where they were doing most of their publishing and work, Michigan, any property had to be in a name. rather than putting it in the name of any person, they had to register under a group or corporation type name. until that time they only considered themselves as a movement. it was discussed with several names but decided the name must meet the movement. since they were teaching that Christ was soon to come, when no one else was teaching it, and they had found and accepted the truth of the 7th day sabbath, they decided on the name 7th day Adventist, the sabbath, and Advent meaning coming. where in the bible does it mention Episcopalians, Methodist, Congregationalist, Anglicans, Wesleyans, AME Zionist, Lutherans. i agree with you in that we should do what God says and what He says is written in His word, 2Ti 3:16 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2Ti 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works." God Is Lord of His Holy Sabbath Day, do as He did ask us many times to keep. Read from why He freed the slaves out of Egypt & how long God through Moses tried to teach them to obey & rest ob His Holy Day. Agreed but God can use what the devil uses to destroy us to use to save us. Maybe young poeple who cant listen to normal teachers will be attracted to them and eventually after learning they can be turned towards true teachers. Who knows.

If you're smart, you recognize your citizenship is in heaven. Those who are still betting on the systems of this world need to awaken to the truth -- Jesus Christ died for your sins, he rose on the third day and is returning for his church VERY SOON. Accept His free gift of salvation. Believe! When the Holy Spirit resides with you, there is no fear of what's to come. Don't delay. Accept Christ, be born again unto eternal life. It's that simple.

This was awesome my brother. The part about the sacrifice and giving barrabas instead of Jesus and they actually did give him barrabas when they set him free. The bible is like the most layered onion. Absolutely incredible!

Have you ever cleaned up after a dog before it was completely house trained? This one looks a lot like my li'l poodle Sassy.... she's about 100 y.o. in dog years & can't jump any more.....never fails, though, to find food, water, & a warm comfy spot somewhere to nap. ❤
