I kinda relate to your fashion/spending dilemma but with my hobbies. I find that I chase the short term gratification that I feel when I buy like a new book when I already have so many books at home that I haven’t finished yet. It’s literally so bad and I know that I’m making poor financial decisions but I really haven’t found that lasting gratification in my hobbies just yet. Soooo keep a girl updated on anything can help

@@emilycase04 the thing for me with any habit is i know how bad i feel mentally and/or physically when i don't do it - another tip is setting an extremely bare minimum goal for yourself example: write 3 things of gratitude every day, even if its in ur notes app, ANYONE can do that daily and if you keep doing that every day, you eventually will feel an urge one day to write more or there will be something on your mind you want to get out as well, remind yourself that "journaling" does not have to look a certain way, do what makes you feel best
