It appears to me that Bongbong Marcos is spending a lot of money for the improvement of the livelihood of Filipinos. Observe it. He spends millions here and millions there. I believe that this is not the money of the Philippine Treasury but part of the Marcos Gold which is being spent for the benefit of the Filipino People. It would be totally irresponsible if he spends the money directly to the people. Then there will be nobody to work anymore if they have that moeny.
