I do enjoy watching your videos but I can't help thinking it's the video equivalent of a jumble sale. I don't mean it as a derogatory comment, just that it's hyperactive and rumbles on. WDC didn't just destroy Lowestoft, they destroyed the whole district, shutting down Halesworth Swimming Pool, Beccles Swimming Pool (granted Beccles is run privately, and is a very good lido now) But I spent every day of my life at Halesworth pool when I was a kid, the worst bit about WDC closing it (and selling it) was....they didn't EVEN OWN IT, the TOWN DID! and the town BUILT IT!
brilliant video mate , the Boulevard was my second home , i was the lifeguard there for a summer season , i wasn't a Mod nor owned a scooter but knew everyone & everyone knew me , one great bunch of friends from different schools , different tastes in music , oh happy days thank you for uploading this .

I wish I’d had your foresight in 1970 when I was 16 riding my ‘69 SX200 everywhere to take lots of photos and keep all the crap I amassed, I do still have the original workshop manual from my scooter and a few receipts for work done from the shop I bought it but nothing like you have, well done you 👍😀

Trying to find any old photos/footage of the road where I grew up in Lowestoft; Princes Walk. We moved there in 1985, did anyone have any family/friends who lived there before then?
When was it actually closed and demolished? Film is pretty scant on details. Born and raised here since 86 and I had literally never seen or heard of this building before stumbling across this video. Hard thing to google as you keep getting the arcade or the East Point Pavilion.

😂😂 loving this. The days you were in Lowestoft I was in the Breckland Buccaneers in Thetford. Your stories and memories are a carbon copy of my times. What a laugh they were. I’m still into Lambrettas. Still go to rallies although not as many.and off to Germany on it in just over a week.
enjoyed watching your videos being just a few years older (63 on friday) i can relate to you and your mates as we did the same up here in Leeds and yes still scootering and still riding the Prambrettas (always pushing them according to the vespa boys and girls lol) and a PX and oddley enough a GTS 300 i hope the weather is treating you well as its SHITE here in Blighty it seems to have rained non stop but it will not stop us gonig to Skegness this weekend and to Kelso in Scotland later in the month.
