I’m so very grateful to have seen you in concert once again in Colorado Springs. I never thought you could improve on your talent, but somehow you’re even more incredible! By the way, it was a cloudy kind of day, but then when you sang Sunshine the clouds parted and the place lit up it was perfect timing! Loved it!!!

The 2024 edition of Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion ended Sunday. This morning I found this memory of one of the highlights of the many BRRRs I've attended: "In 2016, Guy Clark died on May 17th. Four months later, I attended Darrell Scott's set at Bristol Rhythm and Root Reunion on September 16, 2016. The following day I commented on the set which had a tribute to Guy with a Guy-like twist: ========== Darrell Scott's performance last night was, to me, his best #BristolRhythm performance. Highlighted by the medley of “Down To The River” and “Desperados Waiting For A Train”, done as a tribute to Guy Clark, hearing Guy’s spoken word verse on “Down To The River” caused a mixture of laughs and a few tears. Near the end of “Desperados Waiting For A Train” as they sang the title refrain, a train approached and blew its horn. Guy playing a joke? Very well could have been."
@@tal10527 Please let us know. I am aware of a huge commercial greenhouse that the bank pulled in their line of credit in this high interest time. They had no option but shut their doors.
