STOP WITH THE NONSENSE... 1ST WE TOLD YOU ALL THAT JUSTIN WAS GONE AND NOW WE TOLD YOU CALEB IS NUMBER 1 soooo just stop with your nonsense click bait it's old!!!!
Trade down, take the picks. You could wind up with 4 first round picks in the next two drafts by trading down to 11 with Minnesota who is obviously going all in. Everyone is saying they're going to trade with the Pats - step in and snag those 3 extra 1sts and build a team.
@irish6783 I'm sure people have. It's not like a crazy, outlandish concept to judge talent. His record is not good against ranked teams. And it's not because his team wasn't good enough. His stats weren't good. Add the overbearing father and the outlandish value he's put on himself... makes the pass even easier. Fields has had 2 offensive coordinators in 3 seasons. This will make his 3rd. Give the dude a chance with some protection and some more help. Field's is definitely good enough to win with. Most likely, you could trade that 1st for a top 5 pick this season. Giving them a chance to get MHJr. Probably would have to be a top 3 pick to get him. Arizona is grabbing him indefinitely if he's on the board. If ya get a top 5, you can definitely get Nabers or Odunze (wr's). Then, with the 9th, I'm going OL. Preferably Joe Alt, but most likely Latham.
🤡🤡. Yes plural. Dumb take. Caleb won’t be playing against college ranked defenses. He will get NFL coaching playing with NFL players and having a NFL ranked defense behind his back.
Caleb vs top 25 ranked teams.. 286 ppg passing 34 tds and 8 tds. While his defense averaged giving up 41.3 ppg. Why do people like to comment on things they know nothing about. Ignorant haters smh.
At the combine, J.J. weighed in at 219 lbs, which made him the 5th heaviest QB out of 13 QBs at the combine. He ran the 3-cone drill at 6.82 seconds, which easily beat all QBs, and most wide receivers, running backs, and defensive backs. His time was actually the 5th best for all players who ran the drill. Joe Milton threw at 62 mph per radar gun. J.J. was second at 61 mph. He had great completion percentages, especially passing for first downs on third down at a 73% rate when Maye was second at 53% and Penix, Williams, and Daniels were down in the mid or low 40's. People say "we haven't really seen enough of him" as if that is a valid criticism. There is absolutely no reason to assume that if he threw the ball more, his stats would change in any way once adjusted per throw. He should be the 1st QB taken, and it should not be much of a surprise when that happens. Fast, quick, super-strong arm, much higher completion percentages, and a winner both in college and in high school.
Love JJ for my broncos, think he is hugely under-rated due to circumstances but think he's a hidden gem for the right team/coach that's willing to be patient
I’m half way through listening to this but had to subscribe because this is legitimately the most accurate conversation I have heard regarding JJ McCarthy this entire process so far I’m legitimately surprised at the low amount of subscribers because these guys seem to have better football knowledge that most of the talking heads
Ughhh, weight limits are the worse. I had to deal with that when I was in middle school as well. Trey seems like such a great guy and he’s such a fantastic player, great interview y’all!!
Past injuries, age, and at a lesser degree, being left handed will hurt his draft stock. But as a pure passer, field general, and leader....off the charts. Do you think Cincinnati even tho Burrow has been injured often regret taking him #1? Pennix has been healthy the last 2 years and look at what he has accomplished. 25-3 record. Multiple comeback wins in the last few minutes being able to carry his team on his back and make mind blowing throwing throws that most can't make but having the balls to do it and putting them gutsy throws on a dime. Im a college football freak and I haven't seen a QB that can play at a level ten times hirer when the game is on the line like him. Whoever drafts him is gonna thank their lucky stars they did...he's gonna be an all pro and super bowl champion. He has the it factor...just watch. By the way I'm a Texas fan...this isn't a homer talking
You don’t have to have dogshit takes to become more popular. This is TOUGH to listen to. Takes like this make people see your stuff and skip it because we know you’re not bright.
