@@Probbie I understand that. Blades is my newest pick-up. I just traded some stuff for it. I like it better than my Ripples Clone that I have but I'm not sure if it is worth the HP space. I sort of like the weird functionality that I can run a filter into another filter. That seems sort of neat but would I use that? I don't know. I've got to play with it a bit more before I decide. I really liked my Elements clone but the HP space was just too much. I couldn't even imagine having a real Elements. That would be so much HP space. But maybe in this imagination world I would also have one of those massive cases.
@@Probbie I'm right there with you. I have one 6U 84 HP case and one 9U about 104ish HP case I'm trying to limit to these two. I have a few modules on the side too that are already not fitting.

This was was one of the first ones that I put together and right as I was about to release it they announced that they were playing Coachella. So I deleted the old recording and re-recorded it this weekend.
The only limit I have run into in my limited time with it was in my current patch I just tried setting up a midi signal to an oscillator with a few effects. It worked BUT there was no polyphony. So I could probably do multiple oscillators to get polyphony but I won’t be able to play a chord on my controller and have a single oscillator play it. (Unless you know how)
@@edjwise interesting. So if I played two notes on my keyboard it would send each to the two separate oscillators? Or are you suggesting offsetting one oscillator by a third? I’m going to have to play with this! Thanks for the info!
@@Getthenderson Really? I understood that to be the case on analog synths but I just figured there was just some behind the scene magic on digital ones. Thanks for this comment it gave me some interesting ideas.
Google said this: "Contextual translation of "top demais" into English. Human translations with examples: top, &top, grelon, top shelf, top secret!, sexy adorable" So I think this is a good comment! Thank you!
Not a great solution but you can just clock the Pam’s with the hydrasynth. Pam clocks pretty well. I’m sure the hydrasynth has a steady clock, though I haven’t tried it. Then you’d have a tap tempo Pam’s! Haha
@@allweatherhaulage that’s a good idea. Just gotta set the clock input in the hermod to whichever usb or midi input you use from the hydra. Then you can clock Pam from the hermod if you still want the synced modulation
I had the same sound with the Novation Sunmit and the Hydrasynth Deluxe. It was driving me mad. It was the TRS cables. Once I swapped to better quality audio cables, the sound went away.
So I tried 3 different cables and the sound didn't go away however I tried switching from the headphone out to the instrument out and the sound went away. I was thinking that the plus of the headphone out was that it would be stereo, but not if it has that hum. Thanks for the suggestions that led to the solution!
