I believe what you are calling divine interruptions is what I have called divine appointments most of my Christian life. They are opportunities to change circumstances in your life or somebody elses or both. Case in point, my moving to Ottawa. I was unemployed for almost 2 years and I ended up with 4 job offers in Ottawa. I knew nothing about Ottawa nor did I know anyone here. I would have to leave everything and everyone I knew and loved behind. I sought counsel from 3 pastors at WCF where I attended church services. Each Pastor said the same thing "I don't know what God has planned for you but obviously you need to go to Ottawa". "Your choice, open the door and go or stay where you are. Obey the call or say no, I can't go there". Well as you guess by now, I came to Ottawa. I have had many more divine appointments since I obeyed the call and so many blessings too. I took the leap of Faith and accepted the invitation to attend that divine appointment. The interruption it caused totally turned my world upside down. It had many difficult moments but was worth it. Some would call it fate, destiny, etc. I call it divine appointments. We all have them if we are listening and we have a choice, do I go or do I stay? I choose to go. So many more examples I could give. Interruptions or opportunities, all depends on your mindset.
