If these are just regular old fashioned contrails, why didnt they linger in the sky 20yrs ago as they do today? I grew up half a mile from an airport, not once did I see chemtrails. I sure did see contrails, but nothing like this.
Jeff, "lingering" contrails have been witnessed and documented for well over 70 years, it is neither uncommon or new. The idea that they have not is a chemtrail lie.

Now try to find a day where there are no clouds in the sky. Contrails disappear, chemtrails linger and spread out.........

Because they are not thinking logically. They cannot even CONSIDER evidence or even ALLOW mere opinions that are in opposition to the beliefs which they hold and have no evidence for. If they hadn't deactivated the rational analytical logical side of their brain and were still making the effort to think they would respond with, "Based on the evidence I totally disagree with your opinion and think you are wrong!"... but, as evidenced by their emotional knee-jerk reactions of "government shill/disinformation agent" they reveal that this emotional belief has taken root and become like a religion which can't be disproven (and doesn't need evidence to be true) to such a degree that they even now imagine that the government is "out to get them", which, by definition is a delusion (a belief in something other than reality). If they are afraid of these "chemtrails" then they are also paranoid. Paranoid delusional and using confirmation bias to protect and keep the delusion safe from attack. So the short answer would be: They respond emotionally in a manner that labels all naysayers as "the government" so that they can dismiss their viewpoints from their reality- this is confirmation bias is... it is the same psychological mechanism that keeps blind belief in various man-made false religions in place in spite of a lack of evidence or even opposing evidence. For "chemtrail" believers "It's the government" for religious people it's "You're of the devil!" or they kick you out of their club like Scientology and Jehovah's Witness do, but either way it's just confirmation bias eliminating anything and everything that threatens the sacred belief in the paranoid delusion. And the worst part? With just a few minutes of internet research you can learn that meteorology explains why contrails ARE contrails!

Assuming that they measured correctly, "What in the World are They Spraying" proves that there are elevated levels of things on the ground. They do NOT demonstrate or even look for the CAUSE of these elevated levels they measured on the ground. They speculate about clouds they don't understand and do not interview a meteorologist. It DOES APPEAR very convincing! The pond they took a sample form and found aluminum in was lined with rocks, which I have read contain aluminum (as does dirt).

One of the two bases where Ted Gunderson claims to have seen these large windowless chemtrail planes does not have a runway long enough to handle jets (like KC-135s or bombers) anywhere nearby. Look on Google maps! I forget the name- it's the Army base he mentions... It has a very short runway that cannot handle a jet- no other airports around. Therefore, he made it up.
