I cut off the old fronttube and built a new one out of heavy duty sailcloth (Dyneema reinforced). The closing seam is also made of Dyneema thread. However inside the tube I still use the old bladder.

Wow. Warum nicht mit der Machine? Ich gehe davon aus, die beiden Nähte die ich links und recht von dem Zick-Zack erkennen zu glaube sind aus der Maschine, oder? Ist diese Naht besser als ein Zick-Zack Stich von einer Maschine? Wenn ich das richtig erkenne, ist die grundlegende Methode ja dieselbe, mit Unter und Oberfaden.
