The Department of Defense holds an annual adaptive-sports competition, the DoD Warrior Games. The DoD Warrior Games highlights the exceptional physical skills and mental toughness of wounded, ill and injured active-duty and veteran service members. Men and women representing the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and U.S. Special Operations Command will compete in a variety of adaptive sports. Following does not equal endorsement.
The Volis did an excellent, professional job keeping everything running smoothly. 2024 was a great Dod games! The Volis should be proud of all of their work.
I may never understand all the pain and I would take it all away if I could. I hear your words in my head every single day. You made me and everyone around you laugh and feel special. You are missed and loved. ❤Ralph
Warrior Games was an incredible experience that I am so happy to have been an Amazon Volunteer for. I met some incredible athletes and I am so proud of all of them. Heartfelt.
My BSA R-10 fires .177 and at 10 meters it can put the pellets hole in hole standing from the shoulder can be a little bit different. It is a very good pellet in the right hands, Go all those Competitors👍.
I can't wait to see this team appear in Germany for Invictus. It's going to be the greatest sporting event for the military wounded, ill and sick service men and women.
Amazing games this year. Love seeing the new faces to each branch, means the Wounded Warrior Family is growing. See you all for the 2024 Games! And for some, I will see you for Invictus in Germany!
Let's not talk about how Prince Harry wants to get rid of our 1st amendment. Let's talk about his influence on our young people! Harry has openly said how taking illegal drugs has helped him mentally. How on God's green earth are charitable organizations putting up with this? I see videos of him and Meghan talking with teens for one charity or another. What charity in their right mind would want Prince Harry influencing their children? He is the face of Better Up. Why? Why would they want a known drug user as their spokesperson and why is the military one of their clients? I don't understand. Drugs are at an all time high and many people die everyday from overdoses, yet we allow Prince Harry to openly advocate for one illegal substance or another. Do I think he is a danger to our country? You bet I do and I don't understand why Americans are not protesting in the streets to get him sent home and away from our children!
Glad there was no footage of pri(k harry on this. He is the opposite 9f everything the military stands for. Please stop this non citizen using your Worrior Games for his P.R.
Who was responsible for allowing Prince Harry, a British National, to soil our Warrior Games. His own military has turned their backs on him. Don’t allow him to worm his way in here. I would encourage everyone to ask WHO gave him a platform. Our proud troops do not need him.
Whoever let Prince Harry, A drugged up, delusional, lying, mentally unstable, and dangerous traitor near our beloved American Veterans and military personnel needs to be investigated! Harry has openly bragged about flying a fighter jet to target his own father, bragged about killing 25 Taliban fighters, prompting the Taliban to issue death threats... Endangering military lives around the world! And you let him near our beloved American Veterans and military personnel??? Whoever did this needs to be investigated and held accountable!🇺🇸😫😫😫
I had the great pleasure of meeting and competing against Adam, Stacy, Hai and the rest of the Army team who went to the US Airforce Trials at the Nellis Airforce Base in Nevada February to March 2023 as part of Team UK (Team Dickheads)….😊😊😊 Captain Neil Dewar
Yeah it's really sad. One of my people competed in the bike races and they took his medals away because they said he didn't seem disabled enough. Yet he had his leg blown off on duty and is living in constant pain. They saved his leg but it doesn't mean he isn't disabled. Truly disappointing.
It sucks when a real wounded warrior came in third in the cycling, but they took his metal away because they didn't think he was wounded enough? Yet. His leg was blown off and he's in constant pain. This thing sucks because it seems political. He's a true wounded warrior
I'm starting to think this is just a bunch of crap because the one person I know that is there that had his leg blown off. They're telling him that he's able-bodied and they took his metal away. What the heck is that all about?. His leg was blown off. And you have people there who weren't even wounded...
Not all injuries or illnesses are visible. The competitors are all injured or ill active duty or veterans. I'm not sure what's going on with your friend, but having been on the team personally, I can tell you that everyone there deserves to be there. The team was made up of people with cancer, amputees, visually impaired, neurological diseases, and severe PTSD, and they're all there regaining a sense of belonging, after significant trauma, and building their confidence back up.
