What began as a childhood hobby-building plastic model boats at my grandfather's shipyard-has always been a source of joy for me. I've gradually developed a fleet of wooden sailing ships, with each plank being hand-sawed, sanded, nailed, glued, painted, and varnished, all with minimal tools. The rigging is meticulously knotted one by one.

I used to do ships and planes and cars of all kinds with my dad as a kid, was one of the greatest times of my life, your doing a great job. Keep going!!!
Thank you!! I as well used to make plastic planes and ships as a kit. Transferred to wood when I received my first kit (Victory) 21 years ago. Since then, ... well... my wife is complaining about lack of space :)

Nice model, i will start it also next week. " please could you change the playlist for the "San Felipe"? now its from the end to the beginning. I would prefer it the other way round.
@@johnv341 yes, indeed. Good remark. They were not included in the kit. I used spare parts from a not completed kit I once received. It is better with the small carriages were I could use smaller block.
