Don’t take those anxiety meds . If you take it one time it will make your anxiety worse and cause agoraphobia. Also people take them for years and withdrawals cold turkey and slowly taper. SSRI fucked me up when I took them for 3 days and I didn’t like how it made me sick .
The symptoms that you’re describing sounds like Gerd. Anxiety and Gerd kinda go hand and hand. Maybe try a different strain. One of the things that can trigger Gerd is tobacco.
I know when I say it’s your 20’s I mean just enjoy your life. Not just hoppin from 🍆2🍆. You have plenty of time to be settled down. Just take your time take trips with your friends and live it up💯🫶🏾
I get acid reflux. I’m Mexican and eat spicy food all the time, I swear by Picot. It’s like alka seltzer but waayyy better and works almost instantly. You can find it at Hispanic stores, or target. Give it a try
i completely understand how you feel hun, i had to cut off my 3 year friendship with someone that i once considered very dear to me. All because they wanted to talk mad shi behind my back with the same people they talked shit about to me instead of just properly communicating with me when sum bad went down during a school trip. its ok, things will be ok and it will get better. it definitely hurt so bad in the beginning but once time do its thing you can look back, not cry, shrug your shoulders and continue moving forward. i believe in you. just remember there's better people out there would love and respect you more than they ever could.
