Hi mate, it's private land I'm afraid! I'm hoping the one in Saints Well will re-open soon, otherwise the ones in the area that I know of are Howey, Garth and Llanbadarn fynydd. I've heard they're all pretty good, might be some videos on here somewhere.

Thanks! Yeah come and take part in the rallies, they're loads of fun and always a great atmosphere. There's a series of rallies (All Terrain Rally Challenge) throughout the year, they've got a grading system: bigbikerallychallenge.co.uk/content/events If you've ridden an enduro or the Hafren Rally, you'll be fine. I'd say this is one of the toughest ones of the year (it's a 2 day and quite technical), but that makes it loads of fun! It was my favourite event last year. Obviously I don't know what your level of experience is, but have a look at some of my other videos from all the rallies in the series I did last year - should give you a good idea of each event. I'd recommend entering the Pikes Peak Baja Rally in April. What bike do you have?
Ioan Whittick I ride a lot of trailriding in france . Some extreme ish stuff so should be ok. Never done anything competitive though. I live in jersey so it will be a expensive weekend. Transport etc. Thanks for the info. If you fancy trailriding in normandy than let me know. Ta
Great vids Loan, brings back good memories, this is how fast I remember riding it in my head but looking at your times I must have been painfully slow lol, enjoyed it none the less and the weather made a huge difference to last year. Thanks for all three vids, can bore the family and friends with them now lol.

Thanks! Yeah it went pretty well, it was freezing cold but other than that, there were some good tracks and it well organised. The test could have done with another technical section or two in my opinion but it was still great fun. It was surprisingly slippery though! Yeah I was a little bit unlucky there, but it's all part of the fun - anyway, I'd rather be the one doing the passing ;) Finished 35th in the end with me and the bike still in one piece so I'm pretty happy with that.
@007rmx You're right, I probably wasn't shifting my weight back far enough. At the time I didn't know how to approach them, so was riding in my normal stance. I now know better of course!
lack of skill! you lost control, becauce your weight wasn't on the rear wheel! In those places were there are such a hillocks you need simply to move your body as closer to the rear wheel.
@benmorley Was that next to the complex where the test 2 MX layout was? Yeah I think many were struggling for grip on the fire roads and the dust made things interesting on the tests...Oh really? I'm about to book a place there myself for the November Enduro school.
Entered class 7 - which is where I belong. Think I rode fastest on sighting lap - had couple of scares on test 1 route when entering some tractor compound / storage sheds area - there was a drop off I wasn't expecting. And then later probably excess speed / lack of control on some fire road corners meant I sometimes locked up both wheels trying to scrub some speed off - and as a result go straight.... Hope to go to yamaha off road experience soon for 2 days more training soon.
@benmorley No problem - well done, which class did you enter? I'm bound to be there again next year, although I may give my poor old 200 a rest next time round!
