At the Backlog, we specialize in Casual Playthroughs, Christian Focused Game Reviews, and No-Fluff How-To's. We release at least one video a day, and stream occasionally on Twitch. We play all kinds of games, from calm puzzle games, to Metroidvanias, to Souls-likes, and racing games.
My channel might not always be playing the most family friendly games (Violence, blood, swearing, Etc) but my commentary will be fit for my own children to watch and any nudity/explicit sexuality will be edited out.
When we review a game, we are focused on reviewing it from a Bible- Believing/Practicing-Christian worldview. We of course review the game like any other reviewer would telling of the graphics and gameplay, Plot and voice acting, but we also provide content warnings so that YOU can decide if You should play the game and stay in communion with Christ.

I mean, if you just want one there are some options, but if you are not sure wich weapon you are gonna end up using i doubt that you maxed every weapon the moment you got them
Make sure that you don't have any OTHER kinds of pots made. If you find any, store them in your chest for the time being. That will free up the pots for a new type of pot.
Even with mods like "ridiculously rare loot" I get more than enough canned goods that I jave never needed to experiment with the preserves system. It seems pointless to me, the jars don't make the food last forever so why would I bother with an inferior jar of pickled cabbages when I could just be looting cans of pineapples or spaghetti? The preserves system needs to be updated with the next build.
before i reinstall seamless on my new pc could i go to my old pc, convert my mod character to vanilla and save it, then go to my new pc and change it back?
@@The-Backlog basically I wanna know if my character is still gonna be there when i re-download Elden ring and seamless on my new pc. And if not how do I transfer it to another system. I never played vanilla on my old pc
You should just be able to transfer them with no problem! Steam will transfer the SL2 file through it's cloud backup, but the CO2 file has to be manually transferred. Just remember to make a backup before you mess with anything!
For me, one of my favourites growing up was oblivion. Something about it was just so different from other games. There was an open environment for you to explore so you didn’t always know where to go. I think Dungeons of Hinterburg is similar because both games have dungeons and an area to explore. (Although dungeons of Hinterburg does have a more Morden setting 😅) This game just brings back some of that joy of playing oblivion.
Hello Backlog mm my favourite rpg growing up a little bit more down the line was Dragon age origins, it was my sorta introduction to proper rpgs since befor this the experience i remember that is closer to rpgs that i had played before was runescape( but thats more like an mmo ), this reminds me more , the dungeoneering aspect, of a crash bandicoot aspect , less linear of course but it also reminds me of more recently moonlighter , by having both aspects of building your own store and dungeoneering on the other hand.
Moonlighter is just so fun. I actually got it as a waiting room game, while I waited for my son to be born! Never finished it as my life got busy shortly after that!
@@The-Backlog similar situation here yup it is a fun game , in my case I haven't had a kid yet but life and other things have come up but for sure as your name indicates its in my backlog of games to finish . Cool vibe and fun game
I have horrible news. Not everyone agrees that this is a good weapon. Many don't like that it requires faith and int, many hate it as a cheesey too good weapon, etc. I've never talked about a weapon or any item in Elden Ring that everyone agreed upon! The Internet will be quarrelling!
@@The-Backlog im sure they do but they would be clueless. This is too cheesy sounds like it makes the game too easy which means its good. The scalings arent something I would ever consider since ofc this weapon wont fit a Dex build just like bloodhound wont fit an int buuld. Not to mention the best way to build this weapon is just to reach the reqs and focus on only onr side of the weapon. Not trying to bash you or anything but people who make these arguments are just ignorant tbh
@@Digbigbombig LOL! Yes, exactly. I don't really expect there to be fights in the comments between non-ignorant people. After making guides for years, I'm mostly expecting (And banking on) ignorance. Even when I've literally just shown something is true, I still get people that confidently state the opposite. (But I encourage them to spout their nonsense in the comments since it helps the channel!
I do appreciate your paranoia, but let me try to put you at ease. I've been telling people how to do this for MONTHS... And nobody has come back to yell that they got banned. And if the internet doesn't take the opportunity to yell, you know it works! 😂
LOL, no. The cheat engine does a bad job of being what it was months ago when I made the video! Before the DLC came out this video had a 100%like ratio. Then the DLC broke everything!
Did you play it in board game form? I love some Board games because of the interpersonal interactions that totally get missed in digital versions! And this does seem to be the type of game that feels best in person.
Yes, LOL! Sometimes I feel like I'm just bumbling through a game, or I feel like I'm missing something in the game. In this though, the games are so old that there's undoubtedly a whole sub culture of speed runners and perfect runs!!
@@Leslie12.66 Oh yeah! Just got back from the last camp of the year, and gonna hit it again on Monday! But we've already got Cat Quest 3, Preserve, and Steamworld hiest 2, Hyperlight Breaker, Die in the Dungeon, Tales of the Shire coming out sometime, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 in September, then Space Marine 2 for Co-Op-Tober (every year we celebrate co-op games all month long in October!) and Rogue Trader: Void DLC as well as Dredge's next DLC and Project Zomboid's Ver 42, AND A Little to the Left's next DLC coming out sometime... Yeah, lot's of Pots on the stove!
Yeah, accurate is correct. At least there wasn't a worse response available! But yeah I love giving a narrative game a chance to tell a good story. This one didn't ultimately hook me, but I'm sure it hit home with a few people.
👍 THX... Some Q - 1. Do "Solar Power Array" work In the Void ? 2. Can you change Base size of the Room ? 3. Can you Farm inside the "Void" ? 4. Can you Build a "Well" or use "Terraform" to make a Pond ? 5. Mulible Room Levels ?... God the possibility's of that is awesome.
This ash of war is actually really good, the attack speed is independent of the weapon so you can put it on a greastword. A sharp flamberge for example. The weapon part of the attack hits as well at point blank range - if you have Bloodflame blade incantation this will do wonders on a boss. The mana cost is very low, making this a very spammable ash.
So, that question is not one I can answer the way you are wanting. You've asked if I completely change my entire worldview, would I think differently. Or rather you've asked if the single best attested book in all history didn't exist, what would it change? According to my worldview, if the Bible didn't exist you and I would not exist to be asking the question.
LOL. Sorry. When I said "best attested book" that means that ( like other books written before printing presses) we have manuscripts of it from VERY ancient times. But unlike other books (like Homer's Iliad and Odesy, or Tacticuses analls.) those copies were written very close to the originals, and we have like 20x more ancient copies than any other ancient book ever. And yet those copies faithfully agree to an amazing extent. So it is the single book from ancient history that EXISTS, for sure, for real!
