I was watching this live with my dad the he name dropped Tom "Master Blaster" Reed. They were roommates in the '60s. We saw him in 2019. He threw an event on Central for Ernie Andrews and Jacquelline Avant was there. She said her father was a photographer during the Dunbar era and had photos of Charlie Parker nobody has ever seen. They both have since passed and I just looked up Tom Reed passed in 2020.
