FIirst, I'd like to add "seeing myself dance from behind" to the list of the most HUMBLING and jarring experiences of my life... This channel was inspired by my bunion..... I'll be out of commission for awhile, and I wanted my students to still be able to take class with me while I recover from surgery (all bored on my couch). This is dedicated to my YMCA ladies and the Zumba instructors who inspired me to be one myself (RG, DM, SV), but is for anyone who wants to exercise at home and any dance fitness instructors looking for ideas :) You can watch my back or my reflection, just like a regular class! ZUMBA routines for everyone!! Oh and I apologize in advance for all the faces I make while dancing....they just happen lol
Thanks Ally! Looking for some ideas for a new cooldown and I found it with this one. I’ve always loved this song, and Lionel Richie. This choreography is my favorite. Will use in my classes this week. Thanks again for sharing! ❤
Thank you so much for these! I recently discovered Irish dance workouts and I LOVE them and they get my heart rate WAY higher than what I was doing before. I feel like I'm a fairy in a forest and I look forward to them every day as a treat.
Says who? She can present her choreography any way she chooses to on her own RU-vid channel. It can be easier for the audience to follow when you face the same direction as them.
@@allypatrie-jurado1859 You did very well! I'm trying to find something new to do for my annual St Patrick's Day Zumba class and I like this. Thanks for sharing! Before I taught Zumba I did competitive Irish dance for years so the St. Patrick's Day theme class is my favorite. It's always a challenge to find something that will be easy for students to follow that also represents Irish dance and culture well. I think you did great.
@@cuculain78 thank you so much!! I have a cool down by U2 on here if you want some more Irish vibes! I have 2 jigs, this one and also shipping up to Boston, which sounds very Irish. These songs remind me of my dad who passed three years ago. I love that people like them too ❤️
I love the diversity in your music and choreo. It demonstrates so much about you- your curiosity, appreciation of the richness of diversity on this earth. You’re incredibly cool and i sincerely hope to get to meet you someday. Your adoring Zumba sister from Philly :)
Thanks, I'm practicing it on fiddle and came across your dance video. I must say this is the coolest Polka I've ever tried to learn. Thanks for sharing the Irish step Zumba. It's certainly an exercise and looks really fun too.
the first time that I heard The irish rovers, I didn't know how to dance, but here we have a good tutorial :3 PLS, don't stop to share your performance and thanks :3
