@@czsfilmm it was so long ago that I’m not sure what settings I used. I usually use aperture priority so I don’t have to worry too much about shutter speed. It honestly is a beast of a camera.
i shot this film a few years ago and actually had no idea it was repurposed ultramax. i got a few shots i loved, but also a few i kinda hated lol. you definitely got some great results though!

No problem at all! Happy it was helpful! I’m not sure what the shutter speed was as it did vary. I use natural light from outside instead of a lighting set up. Just make sure to use a light meter or download a light meter app, and use a film stock that is flexible like portra 400 or 800.
Thank you for shooting film, partner. Digital aspires to emulate film. Digital took over and now you have to buy expired film off eBay. This makes me angry.
I love film! I do also shoot digital for a lot of things, but there’s something about film I just love. You can buy film from a lot of different places where it isn’t expired.
Yeah without actual color correction 50D can give a green cast. Ended up keeping it that way for these. Also shot some portra but those shots aren’t in the video. I’m waiting on Cinestill 400D to come in the mail. I can’t wait!
I actually like the multi-exposure. It captures so much of the vitality of the city! As the photographer, you may remember each of those shots in the multiexposure, but as a first-time viewer of the composite, it really is wonderful.
