sound is close to album production. this band must have good sound live to bring the atmosphere of the songs. if that is lost, the live sound is flat. you want to hear all the members and they shouldnt have to outplay one another to make sure they are heard. this was a good show and the sound would be the best sitting about halfway back on the floor or even more toward the back. as long as you could see the band. the guitar tradeoffs during the playing are nice. and the drummer doesn't have to kick the hell out of his kit to get that deep sound. it's just slow, methodical doom the way this band presents it.
there are some halls where this band plays that get the sound right and you can hear all the members playing. here the drums and vocals are flat. and you really have to strain to hear the bass. poor mixing and soundboard, guys. takes away from the atmosphere of the songs. if you listen to the tracks on the albums you immediately notice the difference. it's 2024 people, where are the techs who can present the sound this band is known for live? it can't be that hard
thanks heaps for uploading! I love this band! but tell me...what happened to the 2nd guitarist - blond dude....he left? and is this a fill-in drummer? don't recognise him
The blond dude (Sander Rom) has left the band to concentrate fully on his other band, L'Itch. Sander has been replaced by Kristof Du Jardin (Mankind). Not sure but I think it was a temporary replacement drummer.
Vraagje : ik heb zaterdag met de persoon gesproken voor wie ik bij moet zijn om deze locatie af te huren. Maar ik ben zijn contract gegevens kwijt. Is dit soms zijn kanaal of kent er iemand deze persoon?
