It is a Tahitian style ukulele with double strings. The strings are tuned the same (A, E, C, G) only the E and C are one octave higher; sounds like a singing voice; the strings are made of a fishing line😊. If you watch the other videos you'll see that one ukulele is shaped like a turtle, the other one has a more traditional shape. They both sound different because of the shape of the resonance box.
