Years ago, when I was into the New Age, I was furious with Doreen for converting to Christianity. But after coming back to Christ myself, I can 1000% agree with her. My introduction into the New Age was Conversations With God and it completely destroyed my faith and relationship with God and left me feeling extremely empty for almost 2 decades. Now that I have repented and completely surrendered to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, I cannot tell you just embraced I feel within with inner peace, joy, love, fulfilment and the Holy Spirit. Your views seem to be fear based. I can't follow a scary God. The course in Miracles teachers only love and non judgement. A God who would send a Human to Hell for eternity is a beast and I would never bow my nee before him.Jesus Christ is the Lord.

Respectfully, why have you turned off the comments on your 10 new age things to throw out. What you have is faith in what you believe in. But when ANYONE condemns the expression of others faith, that is also not being respectful of all of God’s creation. We Indians are the most dangerous people in the world. The world calls us idol worshippers. But we are a nation that believes our faith and belief in God can bring alive even a tiny stone that can bear witness to our faith and love of God. A bus driver invokes God on the bus he has driven for decades and bows to it because it has given him a life and security and work without which he couldn’t have survived. So does he need to GO TO SOME MAND MAD TWMPLE OR CHURCH TO SHOW HIS GRATITUDE ?? And does bowing down to God through his bus, makes him a hypocrite?? Absolutely NOT. HUMILITY AND GRATITUDE allows you to shut your eyes and imagine God’s grace in the bus HE sent this man to save and support the humble driver. It is sad we put so many evil and unqualified reasons to put down the actions of love and faith of others. Pl give proof that what you are saying qualifies as the absolute truth. Life freedom and free expression and culture art also have a safe and progressive place under God’s love. But when you assign an evil to something that is innocent, you disrespect God. There are soo few videos on acim as new age. I searched today as currently doing acim and questioning everything more recently due to videos that are coming up on yt with peoples testimonial from new age to Jesus which has been really refreshing. I’m relieved i dont have to do acim as didnt want to, more like a chore had to do but felt it was a good path to help as nothing was working. Ive just cancelled the last 2 people was subscribed too as on the fence but realise they also are new age, one was channeling Jesus regularly. It does feel lighter knowing i dont have to do all this work and will start reading and trusting the bible from now❤

In Isaiah 9.6, the Lord Jesus Christ is called the everlasting Father, so it is not necessarily modalism if someone were to pray Thank you, Father for dying on the cross for me. When you pray, you are praying to the one God who is three Persons, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, not just to the first Person. The Holy Trinity is the Father of creation, the Father of mankind, and the Father of the faithful. The Old Testament says that the one God is our Father, and the New Testament reveals that this one God, who is our Father, is three Persons. So the name Father is used in two senses, that of the Holy Trinity and that of the first Person of the Trinity who is in relation to the second Person in a way likened to the relation of a father to a son. Jesus prayed to the Father in two senses, as a man praying to the Holy Trinity as Father Creator, and as the Incarnate Son/Word praying to the first Person. Likewise, we pray to the Holy Trinity as being together our Father Creator, and at the same time, being in Christ, in relation to the first Person in the way that the second Person is. The marvelous truth of the Trinity is something we cannot fully comprehend in our minds, and there is sufficient Scriptural warrant tor calling Jesus Christ Father. That is not to call him the first Person, but to recognize the double sense of the word Father in relation to God. So, I should not jump to accuse people of modalism when they speak of the Fatherhood of the Son, as sharing in the Fatherhood of the other Persons of the Trinity, the one God, the Holy One of Israel, the mighty God who, Isaiah 10 and 9 tell us, became incarnate as Immanuel, Jesus Christ.

I don't agree with all the Christian rhetoric but I do think it is a good idea to stay away from mediums. I was a part of the spiritualist church in Australia for a while and I found the people there to be very dysfunctional They were really cold, hard and unwelcoming. They gave off really negative vibes' The mediums had a special table of their own and they had better afternoon tea than anyone else There was a very strong sense of the in crowd and the out crowd

Muslims follow Mohamed, peace be upon him, and practise the religion of all the prophets of Our Creator which is in a nutshell, to only worship Allah, swt, the Owner and Creator of all the universes, the seen and the unseen. On the other hand, Christians follows Saul and the Church new religion, they practise a religion ABOUT Jesus, and worships something against the reported sayings of Jesus, peace be upon him, in their own scriptures : the Trinity. Jesus, peace be upon him, according to the Bible, and all Muslims in the world and through time worships the Same God! Again on the other hand: Jesus, peace be upon him, IN the Bible, doesn't not worship and recognize the same God that the overwhelming majority of Christians worqhips today. Make it makes sense.

At speaker's corner, all his theology would crumble.. because Truth is absolute. But it's still an interesting interview, in the sense that, all his biais, and lack of understanding can easily be identified. All his arguments and wrong interpretations to reject The Truth of the Holy Quran and Islam, can easily be broken down and dismantled. I like the fact that i can't really sense any real hate from him against Islam. It s just that he choose to reject it respectfully. I hope his next arc would be to compare his Christian faith with the actual content of his Bible. Because some can argue that Jesus, peace be upon him, And his God (yes Your God had a God), in multiple text occurences in the Bible are far more in line with Islam and The Holy Quran, than with the currents christians interpretations delivered by the Church, saul, all the church fathers and influentual christians figures through time. Also he just compared the Bible and the Holy Quran content not characteristics. The fact that the last book has only One Author (your Creator), had never changed (except in your echo chamber), contains absolutly no errors nor contradictions, and so on, could never be matched. He could also compared the past life of Mohamed, peace be upon him, and Saul before their revelations to determine which one he should trust.. Because good fruit also includes purity of character and life.. And according to christians " Those whom the Father calls to shepherd His flock must not live in debauchery (2 Peter 2). They must not preach and practice envy or divide over minor matters (1 Tim. 6:2b-5). By their holy conduct, they are to set a good example for God’s chosen people (4:12)."

What makes not believe in the Quran being a word of God or not? If you read it you will absolutely understand that it is a book from God. well preserved through the years and well documented and there is no contradictions inside Quran.

I believe her when she speaks of her personal experiences and her feeling like God was correcting her for putting idols before him. Sounds like she placed her new age practices above communion with God But she clearly doesn’t understand what the courses message is if she thinks it’s saying it’s ok to give our ego full permission to do what it wants It’s quite ironic actually , that she’s saying that because most people who burn the book and throw it away is because it doesn’t try to appease or tickle the flesh (“flesh” is what the course calls “ego”) It’s very offensive to the flesh and will make the flesh kick and scream , cry , throw a tantrum, get angry …….why….because the flesh doesn’t want to give up control and surrender to Holy Spirit The flesh wants full control , wants to do its own thing separate from God ACIM exposes all the flesh’s games & all the subtle and not so subtle ways we defend against the truth of Gods Love and resist to giving up that control If your not ready to have your heart and mind exposed for all the repressed anger, guilt & fear Then DONT READ ACIM ! But if you want that junk exposed by the Holy Spirit so that you can be healed and set free and have peace …..so what Doreen says…..”read it with a prayerful heart” and see if it’s right for you !

None of her statements about the Course is actually true The Course doesn’t say any of those things It’s actually the opposite of “stroking the ego” “Allowing the flesh to do whatever it wants” “Glorifying & serving the self” “license to the flesh” “Flesh” is the what the course calls ego… ACIMs entire text is CONFRONTING & EXPOSING the flesh (or ego) and asking us to turn to Holy Spirits guidance instead It’s about letting go of fear & guilt and return to the Love of God ACIM not only exposes the flesh and all its defenses against God , it also exposes the idols we’ve placed above God (including making the Bible an idol or any other book an idol) and asks you to turn within to experience the Kingdom of Heaven which is peace, love, joy The Course explains what terms like Atonement, Salvation, Sin, Kingdom of Heaven means Religion says The Kingdom of Heaven is some place you go when you die but must suffer in the meantime ……ACIM is saying no this isn’t true, that the Kingdom of Heaven is HERE & NOW and availabe to ALL who want the peace , love joy of God but the only way is by accepting the gift of Salvation and allowing for the Atonement (which is the undoing of guilt & fear in your minds and Hearts) and seeking the Kingdom the only place it can be found which is WITHIN It’s beautiful, it’s amazing & it’s helping finally feel the peace & love & freedom

It's great that Doreen Virtue renounced the New Age and accepted Christ. Unfortunately though Doreen is still in error and is falsely teaching that deliverance is not biblical and neither are renunciation prayers. Doreen needs to have a word with Stephen Bancarz who also came out of the New Age but correctly teaches that deliverance is an important part of the New Testament. Also Doreen is falsely accusing Derek Prince by saying that he claimed Christians could be possessed when he categorically did not. Derek was qualified to teach Greek at university level and he was always careful to make it clear that a Christian could not be possessed only oppressed or harassed, etc. Doreen has now brought out another video called "The Demon Slayers" where she is slandering Derek Prince among others by claiming he is part of the New Apostolic Reformation which is quite frankly ridiculous. Doreen does not allow comments on her videos which was understandable because she was initially under attack from New Agers and also from Christians. However now she is confidently teaching - albeit some of it false - and she should be easily able to deal with comments like everyone else does using scripture. Doreen claims that she is contactable on Instagram but she has limited comments there too. Besides causing individual Christians considerable harm by speaking out against deliverance, Doreen is creating confusion among Christians. We know that God is not the author of confusion, so then we know it must be someone else who is doing that. There are Christian Facebook groups some with thousands of members who are recommending Doreen Virtue as a teacher, saying that deliverance is not biblical. Anyone who mentions deliverance or Derek Prince is given one or two warnings and then unceremoniously chucked out of the group. I want to do something about this and not sure what so making some comments on some videos like this one. Thank you.
