Can you show me someone nailing this in real sparing? We've drilled it before but it just doesn't seem possible once someone actively resists. I've never even seen one of the black belts pull this off against someone that was even close to as experienced.

can you explain details for the inversion part? my hips keep dropping to the floor so my feet come off the wall. if i try to keep my feet on the wall, i put a lot of pressure on my neck. i need to better understand the mechanics of this drill. thank you
