Do the whole city get flooded or just certain area? I assume the government will do something if it keep flooding the same area every year. How can the citizens afforded the damage to their property,their vehicles every time it flooded.
@@2eken251 yes will floods like that every where when 2h or 3h heavy rain but water will go empty very fast on somewhere too ,so the government do better that way not stock water longer like before Anyway thanks you so much dear friend for watching and comment ❤️🥰
It's a shame for Cambodia, fish and rice was abundant in Cambodia,TONLE SAP, has enough for Cambodian population,it's climate and corruption making it costly.
