There are a few private schools in the area. Trinity Christian Academy is here as well as Heritage School. Check them out! We have friends with kids that attend both places and they speak very highly of them.
People do rent homes in this area. Homes with acreage are harder to find for rent, but they are here. Most people who rent, usually rent a smaller home or an apartment. For homes with acreage, check out Moreland and Grantville which are just 5-10minutes outside of Newnan.

Assuming you mean diversity related to people of many walks of life, this area definitely has that. A good way to see that is by looking at the Georgia report card for Newnan High School. This gives you a good snapshot of who all lives here. From my perspective, we have great neighbors from many walks of life.
Love that community. @johnpolle3548 just don’t purchase above your means. Because one might person might not be able to afford doesn’t mean other can’t. Just saying. I’m a person who does live off grid by choice, but even that can be out of your means. It depends on your situation as an individual. Not sure if you are being conspiratory on your comment but I think if you are looking for a great neighborhood, I’ve personally lived just down the road before I had to move for work. It’s a great area to live. Best school districts, great restaurants, low crime. I have 6 kids, that is guaranteed THE area I would want to live.
The vibrant South Atlanta suburbs in 2024 has been an absolute delight! From charming neighborhoods to top-notch amenities, driving through these areas is a testament to the thriving communities and positive energy that make them the best in the region. 🌟
What about land options. I know properties with houses already in existed is a large portion of what is sold, but what does price per acreages look like in the South Atlanta market?
Great question. The value of land in our market can range from 4k-8k per sq ft on average, depending on a variety of factors such as zoning. We recently helped a client with a homestead purchase in Douglas County. They purchased a home with 5 acres for about 400k. I know you were looking for something without a home on it, but that will give you a general idea. Love your channel!

Newnan is metro Atlanta. Here is a link to the Atlanta Chamber website with a map of metro Atlanta and also the 29 areas that make up Atlanta. Newnan is one of those. dch.georgia.gov/sites/dch.georgia.gov/files/Atlanta%20Service%20Area%20Map.pdf Having said that, if you measure from downtown Atlanta, it is about a 30 minute drive from downtown Atlanta in Fulton County. @Maxrotor1 these particular homes are located in Coweta County which is the southern most metro Atlanta county. They are off I-85, about 15 miles south of the I-285 connector. Does that help? I will try to mention more specific locations in our future videos. This is great feedback. Thank you! 🙏

The traffic in the ATL metro area is the worst I have ever seen anywhere with the exception of New York city; all the way 20 miles northeast from the EDGE of the city to Lawrenceville, all the way 20 miles north to Alpharetta, all the way 9 miles west to Marietta, etc. And it will get worse, because of the large amount of residential housing being built. I will also say the cost to buy a residence (condo or whatever) is very high, and renting is even higher. Crime is already a problem in the city, and is beginning to be a problem as far away as Lawrenceville.
I appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We love living here, but I completely understand that not every will love it like we do. I hope you live in a place that you love!
