You must use smaller strands , and help the hair around the barrel. Look at some tutorials, you will see it works, and with a bit of practice, don't be discouraged. Watch the tutorials. Hope it helps.
I recently purchased the hair dryer and styler, and I must say, it was a complete letdown. Firstly, the quality of the hair dryer and styler is extremely cheap. It feels flimsy and poorly constructed, and I wouldn't be surprised if it falls apart after a few uses. The materials used are of low quality, and it seems like they cut corners just to save on production costs. Despite their claims on their website and social media that they accept returns, they flat out refused to accept my return when I contacted them. It's clear that they do not operate their business up to the standards expected in the USA. It will burn your hair! Huge disappointment!
This product was a piece of junk. Its worth about $10, and sells for $60. Sad. Don't waste your money and shame on you Shapewell for your false advertisement
They ask you to ship back to product to china (from canada the cheapest deal was 105$ to ship) and I might never got my refund because apparently a lot of parcel are lost when you ship it back to china... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
