having taken certification classes with two different large format tile companies, the installation is incorrect. love the idea of the large format tiles, just wanted to share from my experience doing the classes and what i saw how they applied, and vibrated the tile was all done incorrectly. Just a precautionary advice. the pool looks awesome, love the lazy river, huge fan of it.
So for 10-20 million bucks your clients can have pretend walls? Shouldn’t your price point be building the real thing and not bragging about the wallpaper lol
2:01 - Raise every door height regardless! I want to see 8 foot doors! People make such tiny doors and low ceilings. I have 15-18 foot ceilings, but 7 foot doors. 😞

What area is this in? I see Camelback mountain in the background but cant get my bearing on location. I am in the far north west Peoria (120th ave north or Jomax) behind a mountain and between that mountain and a river, so secluded area with amazing views. Wife and I are looking to buy a lot where we can do a custom home and not a track home. Seeing your builds here makes me want to reach out when we are ready and build through you guys! Hopefully we can execute our plan in the next few years. Do you guys have architects you work through, or do you expect the customers to have all that done and ready to build and come to you to just build?
