Looked like your rear most aluminum support was concave down instead of up to ceeate the crown on the cover. Was that incorrect or how it was supposed to go?
That’s not a support, that’s actually the cable that releases the latch. To be honest this was a cheap temporary cover, I have a video of the newer hard cover which you might like. Just look at my more recent videos.
I got the same one as you for a 2024 Nissan Frontier. It looks really good as yours is in the video. I washed my truck and I didn't see anything we're going to the back bed.. I would get this one again
@@chrisheering thanks for the reply. Guess I’m using the wrong word. I was talking about those aluminum blocks that you kept inside the rail system for the clamps to hold.. I see they were freely moving so was curious did they give any other part to tighten them after setting the positions for clamps
yes let me drive around in my common ugly non head turning small princess hot hatch that's got rattly plastic all inside and out, sounding like it has diareahh with its crappy dsg gearbox with voided warranty and a mechanic shop visit every 5000 kms you absolute clown of a human being.
It's a good looking hard cover. Do you know, does that leak at all, does that allow rain water in at all? That's my main concern about so many of these covers. A good looking, segmented, hard cover, that does not leak, at all, ever, that's what I am looking for. I'd even consider getting a bed cap instead of a bed cover if that was the only way to guarantee no leaks. Each has their advantages, but no leaking, period, that's the priority, for me anyway.
took it through the car wash and not a single drop of water got through, i did put 3m tape all around from the last tonneau cover though so that played a part in it
You and your mate in the passengers seat need to be charged with child endangerment. You are not out on private property, you are on suburban streets. Your Idiots and i hope you get punished for your actions.
I remember my dad letting us do this when I was a kid. I lived in West Virginia and letting your kids sit on your lap to “drive” was normal thing, lol. Granted, this was 30 years ago. 😂 Of course, it was in safe situations with few other vehicles around.
I stood behind my dad when we were in the car with my arms around his neck and sometimes stood in the front seat in the middle. We rode in the back of a pick up truck on the freeway all the way to the beach when I was a kid. Born in 69.
