We have one at my work and it has not stopped giving problems, if a piece comes off you can say goodbye to the print heads, the layer fan and the leveling sensor. Print quality is better on a prusa mk3. Filament sensors fail over time and if you have managed to print a large piece you can pray that the filament does not get stuck inside the Teflon tubes. The print heads become loose from vibration and the printer self-destructs. Don't waste $15,000
Well the printer for me is not good, special for the high price that it cost. For print PLA it is very recomended to open all the doors.... i have nozzle cog many times. I will say that the build, the bed are good enough for many years to came, but others things like the water cooling solution i have many problems it and i need to clean many times the small water tubes. The position of the bltouch is not good and incredible the first time that i run the printer calibration fails because the bltouch in the last position is outside of the bed. Yes it is incredible for this price tag machine. For resolve this i print a suport for move the y-axis end-stop for one position that works for the bltouch all points calibration. Also Peek it is very dificult to print, i will not say that this is not a good printer for this, But I would pay to see how they print those large pieces in Peek. And also a review of this machine with printed parts from Peek would be good, right ?
Puede ser interesante en general: sí Ud.elabora un molde de hule común,del usado en llantas de auto.Este tipo de molde tiene caracteristicas intiresantes se toma el metro le vulcanizado zado y se ahoga durante 24hs.en Petroleo,el molde se incha unas 500/100,entonces se le cuela parafina y tenemos una copia pero mucho mas grande,a un costo minimo. Proceso "jonapru",intentelo es lo bre.
DMLS and SLM are the same today. EOS owns the trademark for DMLS and they named it that back when the parts werent completely dense. Now they effectively mean the same thing. DMLS is like "Kleenex" while SLM is like saying "tissue"
I understand Bambu's P1S or X1C are FDM printers (hot glue guns) that support PT, PLA, ABS and carbon fiber material.. but what kind of materials are used SLS/SLA (resin+uv) printers? Aside from speed and the volume size of the print, how does the technology differ from industrial 3d printers (Stratasys Fortus 450mc, sPro 60, Essentium, Fusion3 F410)? Is it that those support even more exotic materials (Peak Victrix AM 200)? Or is it about the software (Orca Slicer , FlashCloud support, etc)?
Just don't forget Raise3D is one of the worst printer in sort of time of printing. I have tried a few models and all with the same setup on different printers, the model in Raise3d took 56 hours to finish, surprisingly I got even much better quality from my other printer which cost me 2k $ just in 14 hours. ABS The build quality and Slicer of Raise3d is also primitive compare of the 4k $ price of this printer, and to be honest it just looks like a matchbox, what they show in their Ads is not really what it is. If someone looking for such type of Printer and Print Quality I recommend to not waste 4k $ on this printer, you can find the exact same quality in both (printer and print) from much much cheaper available brands. DONT PAY FOR THE BRAND, BRANDING IS JUST A HOAX, PAY FOR THE QUALITY
Can you please elaborate as to what you find to be wrong with it? I'm very interested to know the short-comings of the machine, as (in theory) it would work very well for my use case.
@@bluehornet6752I don’t have any experience with this machine in particular, but lots of “hobby sized” machines have serious shortcomings compared to the industrial ones they mimic. If I were you I’d evaluate whether you really need this machine in your workshop when suppliers like send cut send offer really good prices and short lead times custom parts. There’s the value of your own time to consider as well. Do you want to fiddle with setups and machine maintenance or just upload a CAD file and swipe a credit card?
How do you find the Creality Sermoon D3 compares with the Creality K1 Max? From checking the specs the Creality K1 Max seems like a superior unit at less than half the prices unless I'm missing something?
