Thanks for this, when you’re too tired to get out of bed and yet you want to do something, a first step into improving, thank you! Short enough to not be intimidating and also you feel the effects, just what I needed to try and slowly get back into workouts and have healthy hips during my 3rd pregnancy!
I always struggle to get out of bed to do my morning workouts but today I stumbled across this video and I officially have no excuse on why I don't do my workouts 😅
I love the fact that You made a one minute break and that this workout is in bed - it might be my favourite ! And I also love the background music, its not annoying ! <3 :)
now i feel relief. im too lazy to prepare my mat & just wanna stretch in bed. i stopped easy pilates last week. & i cant take it after all day long work my body feels tensed. glad i did this
No that's not true I just did 5 days of this workout and my arms are really slim and lifting weights will gain muscles some people want a more feminine look
