I just saw our Mayor of the time and my History teacher at the same time of Beebe Arkansas. It was a terrible time but most people were supportive and helpful of one another. Things like this is not just a local issue, this is pretty much in every Police Department in every town in every state, and it keeps happening because they get away with it! Police investigate themselves by internal affairs and they never find anything wrong, that's why there should not be no internal affairs, everything should be examined by an outside citizens board to see a public think that this was excessive force and if there was any wrongdoing! The way you fix stuff like this is for the Supreme Court to Abolish Qualified Immunity for all Law Enforcement Officers and Government Officials and Congress needs to pass a Law that requires all Law Enforcement Academies to be a minimum 2 year program with 3 months of Constitutional Rights of Citizens!👍
