Coach when it comes to grappling i think you mentioned in some video but i cant remember, what techniques or sequences are the first ones one should drill a lot as a beginner before going to submissions or other sequences.
The sound of the video is a bit too blown out. I'd suggest shooting somewhere quieter and turning off the wireless microphone dps sound dampening. It tend to make voices sound electronic.

I agree with the security physical and financial part that can be impacted really bad by men But psychologically bad women are the most vicious beings 🤣. They can destroy your reputation and relations with your job, your family destroy your children lives I know some nice guys with great jobs being so miserable because of women, who are ungrateful and emasculating them constantly
Love your content, Firas Zahabi. But one point (at about 6:09) you say America was founded by Christians. I would argue that America was NOT founded by Christians. Most of the founding fathers were "deists," I believe. I would argue that most forms of what is now modern American Christianity did not even really exist at that time. The religious Americans pre revolution who were not considered to be heretics were probably Anglicans. There were some quakers. Basically what anglicans considered heretical pseudo Christian sects, and in fact that is why many of the white people who came to the Americas actually came, fleeing persecution as religious minorities. I believe the episcopalian church broke off from the anglican church because of the revolution, so that there could be an American version of the Anglican church, since of course the church's followers could no longer follow the king of england as the head of their religion. Catholics were basically not completely accepted by mainstream American christians of the time (and to some extent that is still true), because after all there had been several wars between protestants and catholics, even just within england. I mean basically your point still stands. I respect your points though, thank you for saying this.

I think Islam might be the only one that can beat Khabib because Khabib is better at straight grappling + GnP but Islam is probably the only one that is really at his level and able to neutralize khabib, and if grappling is cancelled, Khabib will have to stand with Islam
In DPs first fight against Khabib he had no clue what he was about to go up against (in terms of grappling). For Islam, he knew and prepared accordingly but despite that he had very little resistance to Islams grappling (when Islam wanted to). That speaks volume about Khabib's and Islams' grappling skills. With that said, DP did a lot better than many thought.
