Was surprised Sasser herring 5.2 assist which he couldn't do in college. He also was impressive getting limited minutes and scoring 12/pts. He can drive and create. PG is ideal for him. Too small for G.
Luke Walton is a face. Walton's basketball "mind" is mentioned at least 3 times, and his "highER" IQ, though the only 🎉tangibly measurable thing Walton's mind achieved was Riding Steve Kerr's and Steph's, Klay's and Dray's Coattails when GSW had a POWERHOUSE TEAM. So... Walton has a "HighER" IQ... in your opinion? Walton has a highER IQ than who, exactly? Assistant Coach Burleson, who was at one point Honored as G League Coach of the Month? Why no mention of Ass't. Coach Burleson's MIND, Character, IQ, or "creative edge"?
He got the Lakers head coaching job for a reason. To your point, he was severely over tasked in that role but the acumen speaks for itself. Learning for Kerr is nothing to sneeze at. He’s been a good assistant for years, and when the rest of the league thinks you deserve a spot on the bench, then it’s probably true.
@@Antonio-h7c not sure Fultz would want to come off the bench with his minutes not guaranteed. Especially if J.B. staggers Cade and Ivey well. Plu, Fultz’s three-point shooting numbers aren’t at a level where he could play alongside Cade. Not impossible, but maybe somebody cheaper like DSJ would be a better fit at this moment. I know his shooting numbers aren’t great either, but he could bring some more defensive intensity.
@@buffsonpodcast I think fulks make sense for vet leadership defense versatility play making nobody showing interest nobody got money left we can get him for cheap long term and we got best shooting coach we need a true back up pg
@@Antonio-h7c I see where you’re coming from. But at the same time, maybe we would’ve picked up a back up point guard by now if we plan on getting one. Maybe the fact that we have gone this long without signing one means that Jaden is going to be coming off the bench?
@@Antonio-h7c same can be said about Fultz, but if we sign either of them, I’d be content. Both have something to prove at this point in their career. While I think DSG might be a little cheaper, if we’re willing to spend the extra money for Fultz would be an interesting pick up. I still think we’re holding onto that money to be a team in another potential trade
Well said! Hoping for health for all of our guys so that we can see what they can be! JD, Stew, Ausar, and Cade all have some sort of health concern, let’s hope this is the year the injury bug leaves us alone
I wish I was hype for the pick lol, honestly had Ron outside my top 10 and feedback from workouts around the league said his stock was crashing super hard due to terrible workouts! The No Ceilings guys were in shock on the live stream when they picked Ron at 5 with Clingan still on the board! Nobody wanted to trade up for Ron, otherwise we would have traded back to get Knecht but nobody wanted him, we didn’t even work bro out because his agent turned us down lmao wtf are we doing? Bro doesn’t want to be here and I don’t blame him he won’t be able to play for years anyway he’s raw asf, when have we ever developed shooters? Do we think bringing in a shooting guru is going to change all these players from complete non shooter to floor spacers? I hate it so much
i played some pick up with Langdon at GMU around 2004/5 ish, dude didnt miss a 3 pointer..idk wtf he was but he was at the moment... but dude was legit lmao... we got smoked !!!!
