I actually like the miscellaneous stages in the PS2 and PC versions (except Capture the Fly, it's a passable game mode, but it's kind of mid) I do prefer the progression in the PS2 and PC versions because beating the game is tied to beating the different game modes (eg. Race, Lums, Lum Spring, Lum Fight, etc), compared to the GameCube and Xbox versions, which force you to beat the game on all three difficulties for 100% completion
They were probably added to pad out the game length, and to add some variety to the Race and Battle modes I would've preferred having more levels over more game modes (especially considering the lack of a sequel), but I'm personally fine with what we got
Are these maps mirrored from the ps2 version? I could swear that many of these maps were flipped left/right. Or perhaps it has just been so long that I have forgotten
I've been trying to get +5 lums on Dawn Sand for days but I just can not find that last one. I think the Ps2 version is bugged as there is no lum at the place up at 7:34. :(
This always annoyed me in Rayman M on the PS2 because it's the only Lum that wasn't programmed properly into the game AFAIK, you can get +5 Lums in the PC versions of both Rayman Multiplayer and Rayman Arena (but not the PS2 versions)
I haven't played the PS2 versions of Multiplayer or Arena in a while, but it should be possible Btw, there's a whole Discord server about this game, you can ask for help here: discord.com/invite/qp5S83ZhgW
@@audreyholmes9751 no, its the same game but in North America its called Rayman M. This version don't look better than pc version, i don't know about the difference but levels and models are the same so i think you wrong.
I’d rather level up to max level, because there’s no shame in beating it at full power. And, I might do every level for my channel soon, possibly on the Switch.
When I was a child I used to be frightened by the spooky towers level : I had afraid because of the enemies walking so fast and started to pursue me jajaja
@@andrewsmith6563 I'm planning on uploading some videos in the next couple of days (I'm trying to uploading the equivalent of one video every four days)
@@andrewsmith6563 I'll definitely do some more Rayman videos in this April/May (since you requested it) but I don't want to do too many videos of just one series (some people used to complain about this when I did YT videos in the past)
