Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign IAM, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
I PAID for my envelope through my tax software, and apparently the ability to make corrections is not available. This is very disappointing, and I have alot of issues using DocuSign with clients. The fact that I not only pay a lot for my tax software, but this particular envelope I paid for it and I cannot edit it, really makes me not want to use this feature. Since one of the spouses HAS signed, I'm sure I can't get a refund if I void it.
thanks John, this is helpful. I noticed if I create a powerform from a template where I've changed the JSON to allow template-only ECF fields, the ECF fields I added do not show. is this correct?
I'm in the process of trying to set this up and I have run into an error suggesting I need to enable the 'AllowDocGenDocuments' setting if necessary. Speaking to Docusign they are saying that I need an account that is going to cost a fortune. is this right?
How to add multiple signers for this sort of process, because only one user can go to that url, now I want to send this document to another user to approve and sign as well, what to do in that case. Also, the trigger : when an envelope status changes, doesn't differentiate between documents, it takes in all the documents of the org. Regardless if it's related to the activity for which it's made for or some other stuff going on in the organisation, it'll take all the documents. Can someone help me out, specifically with the first problem that how to get multiple signers for url based process just exactly like the one in this video.
How do you set the signing order so that you can set someone to see the progress made on signing the envelope? So for example if I have nothing to do with the signatories of the document, but I want to go into the envelope and see why the envelope has stalled (someone hasn't signed perhaps) how do you make that happen?
