I ordered this cooktop directly from Haute's website. I must say the quality is definitely not up to the mark. The steel used for the rubber mounts, the drip trays on top etc are of extremely poor quality. When the cooktop arrived the metal plates on which the rubber supports are mounted were bent and the metal sheet is so thin that I could easily pull it back up. The burner trays are of extremely cheap quality. There are minor dents already in the trays. And these look like cheap chrome plated trays that will start rusting pretty soon. Also, the biggest burner was burning with almost 70% flame on turning the knob to low. The good thing was the customer service. The return process was pretty smooth. Haute is an Indian brand with very limited products. Looks and design are amazing. They need to work on the quality of materials used and testing the products thoroughly before shipping them.
It is very unfortunate, even when i ordered this burner first, i received damaged , but i was able to replace it , however there were minor fit & finish issues which i escalated n spoke to owner Karan. He was very genuine person n took feedback positively n promised to fix it. Their product is top of the line, but the only issue i feel is the quality team not doing its job properly. Before haute, i ordered burner from other brands, eg elica & prestige, they have same poor quality checks, hence i went for haute, so far im happy. I wish you best of luck with replacement.

@@GurwinderSingh-fd5mf Hollyland C1 with closed eyes , Sound quality is far far superior n is a premium product . But if iphone is not a your shooting gadget, would suggest to go for Hollyland Lark M1. I use hollyland Lark M1 right from the beggining.
@@shally8026 Yes most of my videos are from Agaro as they gave me a chance to review their products and share an honesy view. The products are send by brand sir, but its my content n my view, no brand can force anyone to say anything good about their product as legally it is not acceptable. I first check if the product is worth review & then review it, else i decline to make videos. Again, im very new to this field n learning as i go, but rest assured im not paid for the videos as no brand pays a youtuber with 300 subscribers , but i do get free products to review them. I hope your doubt is clarified. Do subscribe my channel so that i can grow and some day brand can pay me for videos as well. But even then , my video n my opinion will still be honest 🙏🏻
