A video made by a Lara fan. Celine obviously is better, her versatilty and dynamics is second to none. Celine can sing anything, Lara is one dimentional with less developed chest voice. Lara mixes a lot.

Sometimes i think you’re deaf!! In a sense that you don’t really distinguish what’s really resonance!! It’s not only here because of So hyang, but I’ve noticed that in other compilations you point another singers by being really resonant like “Ariana Grande” over other really resonant singers when singers like Celine & Ariana, doesn’t have that much resonance above eb5, because despite Audio/quality of the videos “Resonance”, i think you always base your opinions on your own personal taste and not on really technique facts, im a So Hyang fan and i can recognize that Aretha, withney, Lara Fabian, has more Resonance than so hyang till G5, avobe so hyang is unbeatable weather you like her tone or not the resonance and sustain is there, but Celine and Ariana being called more resonant over So Hyang Come on!! 😵💫 thats a crime!!
with Celine there is no competition… she has already won and made her mark internationally! it’s not about the the note… it’s how a person sings and delivers emotions

Celine belts, Sohyang mixes and you are right the video is bias, they could have started at A4 or Bb4 , Celine has edge in middle belt where as Sohyang has an edge for upper mix section and for head voice section, they could have started at F5, Celine has great F5- A5 head voice
@@moonlightfral7111 If I glued all the best notes of sohyang there would only be the fourth octave left for celine (I put recent videos where the mix of sohyang is lighter than in the 2000s, I put the rarest notes, so as not to be boring to watch. even so she won

i dont fully understand pitch correction edits on videos myself lol all i know is sometimes it can help for her sound and sometimes it takes away so im like whatever this all means was fun to see it this way i assume they probably do it on the show since not all TV speakers are... up to par and they want to make sure there is a certain level of minimum quality people will hear
What makes these edited vs unedited videos incomparable is that they’re not even the same performances. Some of these are NOW vs 10-15 years ago, maybe even earlier. If this was just the same performances dubbed vs nondubbed that’d make more sense. We all know she’s the best she’s ever been right now thanks to technique and also her health.
We need to listen to her whole song, not partly. Her low notes and emtions are really beautiful too. We don't have to pay attention to her techniques any more. She is just top-tiered and full packaged, needles to say.
That's not much... Even Demi Lovato is impressed of some youtube creators like Cimorelli sisters. They sing better than her. Lisa Cimorelli can sing out Praying highest note for more than 10 seconds (of Kesha) live F#6 and Kesha can't. Sam Tsui and his husband can sing from pop to opera on perfect notes... Only they turned down the major label offers back then.
