Hey quick question. I have this receiver but I can’t activate the speaker channels. The little logos that show the front left/right won’t pop up. Any tips? Thanks!
The quickest way to check is plug in headphones. If you get sound is a good thing if not, the is basically blown. If you didn't have headphones, somewhere there is a speaker selection button. Allows you to select A, B or both. I sold this so I can't see. Download the manual online and look for speaker selection

@@Greenhornet7718 Well sometimes... I repair these types of camcorders and sometimes the repair will fail because of the capacitor leakage on the circuit boards.
@@VHSRecordingStudio I buy and sell a lot of camcorders. I have wondered if it's worth fixing one. I can get camcorder a kit for as low as $10 at auction. Untested. 25% have issues and i put 10 together and sell.those as a lot of 'needs repair' camcorders. What would an average cost for a Sony ccd series camcorder cost? I knownthats a hard question to ask but, under $100 it gets to where it may be cost effective. Over $100 it wouldn't be
