I think that the BMS board needs to be stimulated by connecting the positive wire of the battery or the new batteries. Connect them to the positive exit in the black square. The place of the positive is usually written on the BMS power for 30 seconds. I tried this method on Chinese BMS boards and it worked for me.

Yes they are affordable in Japan and almost everything looks like brand new . I wish I had space to buy more . In my country a ps vita a good one but not as good as those in the video are between 200 and 300 euros.
