For those who wanna know Specs : I5 9400 /RTX 2060 6gb Vram /16gb Ram Performance are great 40-60 fps with a beautiful vegetation WITHOUT downscale or anything to get an unglier game, I'm using Complex parallax shadow.

@@-UnchartedSky- Yeah i appreciate, Skyrim is the TES that i modded the least so i don't have the bigger knowledges about it, saw like one month ago one of your video of skyrim ^^. The only "problem" that i have is the constant stutter when i put a mod which adds object in environment like if i install jks for riverwood i pretty i will get stutter, i think the problem is my computer because i have the mod for stability.
@@gamoxis443 If you have two monitors on your PC, open Task manager on one of the monitors, so that when the game is running, keep an eye on when frame rate stuttering occurs and then look at the task manager to see what the cause is (i.e. does CPU spike, or Disk?). For example, in your task manager, order the processes by CPU time. This should put Skyrim at the top. When the game is running, look for any other process which consumes a lot of CPU time. I had a problem on my PC such that a process called "Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser" would start up during play, and eat vast amounts of CPU time to a point it would interfere with the frame rate. This process is a Microsoft program wihch collects data on your PC and sends it back to Microsoft to let them know how well Windows is running. However, it is CPU hungry, especially when a game is running. If this is causing frame rate drops, then you can open the "Task Scheduler" on your PC and delete the process to stop it starting up (in that program, navigate to “Task Scheduler Library\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience” and find the “Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser” schedule, and delete it. Then restart your PC). The other cause of stuttering could be the size of your textures. Many textures are loaded on demand while you play. If you have large textures (4K or larger) then the physical process of loading large amounts of data into memory can cause frame rate drops.
I have only downloaded Oblivion Reloaded. I have the zip file. But I have no clue how the hell to install it. What to do with the files. And it seems dubious because of possible alteration to gameplay. When I only want graphics. Does anybody know how this works?

Thank you, i don't remember but i believe you should try water setting in OR or ORC and see what they do, probably you need to change turbidity and the color but i'm not sure
I installed that ENB (Preset, + Nao ENB plugin + nao mod), but it looks overly dark. I have to carry a torch in order to see the NPC I have in front of me, and had to enable auto HDR from windows settings in order to see something
@@gamoxis443 and it kind of adds more mystique to the already present fantasy feeling, coz its foreign your like 'wow these people either arent from earth or come from a very different time'
The blurry face bokeh effect looks really weird and unnatural, makes it look like low res textures that switch to high res...it does not look good. At the beginning of the video I thought you were using low res textures
For whatever reason I cant get it work at all. I dropped it into both shaders folders for openmw dev build, tried setting path to it via mod folder like other shaders but nothing. Doesnt do anything. Did settings changes as well. The mod just doesnt seem to work.
