Im glad I shared my energy link out,Had some more friends clicked on utility warehouse,They also signed up to it,Im getting £50 discounts,They also getting £50 discounts as well,My Energy bill this month is under a £100,Such a Happy Customer 😀 cheapest its ever been lately,Others paying something like £400 per month......sod that,Well EXPENSIVE
I've changed utility providers a long time ago and have never received a discount card. I've had 4 calls to stop the £3 direct debit for using the cards. I have a full set of operators' names. For some reason, direct Debit cannot be canceled, although during each conversation I was promised that it was over. It's a small amount of money, but if someone is preparing a class action lawsuit, I'm ready! Their tariffs are probably the highest in the UK I like Mr. Ben Fogel very much, but he should be more careful with whom he cooperates, because if he earns it hard and honestly, his popularity will disappear like smoke.
Come and meet me Ben, I'm an OLD UW customer of 25 years. OVERCHARGING THEN CONTINUALLY CUT YOU OFF - We were billed £1,200 for a single month in our 4-bed house. Have been a customer since 1998 and in the last 6 months UW have successfully turned me into an angry and frustrated wreck. This company used to be great,. Now they're a joke with complaints coming out of there ears. One dept. has no idea what the other is doing - they don't/can't talk to each other making resolving issues night on impossible. They've grown now into a company whose complaints dept. couldn't solve a 5 year old's crossword. It seems their aim to make you go away in so much despair and frustration that you take your own life and never call them back. Been trying to sort an issue out since Xmas and have now been told we're in deadlock. The escalations dept. won't even speak to us now. Because of a dispute over energy they continually disconnect our phone line, broadband and mobile. Each call takes about 45 minutes. We've spent over 8 hours on the phone. I wouldn't recommend UW to anyone unless they're looking for a reason for suicide. I'd even say use BT before UW ...and I think BT are the worst company EVER! Someone from UW might see this and offer help. The only help would be a sit down meeting with a human..if they're capable of such a business scenario. Probably just want to hide behind incompetent call centre operators who promise call backs which never happen, cut you off after 40 mins on the phone and tell you there's nothing they can do to help, they need to transfer you!
