Was raised listening to Gold City, The Kingsmen, Cathedrals etc... and its unfortunate that most of these groups are loitering around the country via soundtracks. I'm sure folks like Garry Jones and Larry Goss are disgusted and ashamed by such nonsense.
I hope Josh stays a long time! He fits them like a glove! What a lineup! Great on all parts! Danny is a far better singer than he gets credit for also!
This group has been through some good and bad times with some great singers and some so-so singers. Right now they have reached the pinnacle of greatness one more time. My favorite group since 1983 and the sound they have today is just as wonderful as it was back then. God has truly touched and blessed them and my prayer is that he continues to do so. I'm sure that Tim is extremely proud of what his son has accomplished.
amen to that one, keep our eyes on him, and we will be kept safe, they are very good, i haven't known Gold City that long but what i have seen they are so good, God Bless.
I agree.. his parents were wonderful singers too. If you knew & remember The Followers-they sang from the mid 70's until the mid 90's. His parents Don & Margret Feemster, sang with them.
Josh was the final piece needed to take Gold City back to the pinnacle of Southern Gospel. These four men will go down as one of the finest combinations ever.
They didn't mention him as absent like they did Ray. Take that as you will. The group also didn't give him a birthday post end of last month when his birthday passed as they usually do with members. I would venture a guess that he is gone. EDIT: Confirmed he resigned in November, but stayed through early December by baritone Alan Kendall.
